At Cerro Chato, after the intense climb up the mountain, we reached the surprise lagoon at the top. Manuel didn’t hesitate for a second to jump in for a swim, giving the adventure a well-deserved ending.
In La Fortuna Park, Celeste couldn’t resist having a snow cone —even if it’s a real sugar bomb— and ended up enjoying it as if it were a small reward for the day.
After the hike, there was nothing better than relaxing tired muscles in the eco-thermal pools. And by doing it at night, the experience became even more peaceful, warm, and deeply relaxing.

Op Cerro Chato, na de intensieve klim de berg op, kwamen we bij het verrassingsmeer op de top. Manuel aarzelde geen seconde om erin te springen en te gaan zwemmen, wat het avontuur een verdiend einde gaf.
In het park van La Fortuna kon Celeste een granizado niet weerstaan —ook al is het een echte suikerbom— en ze genoot ervan alsof het een kleine beloning van de dag was.
Na de wandeling was er niets beter dan de vermoeide spieren te ontspannen in de ecothermale baden. En doordat we dit ’s avonds deden, werd de ervaring nog rustiger, warmer en diep ontspannend.

Au Cerro Chato, après la montée intense de la montagne, nous avons atteint la lagune surprise au sommet. Manuel n’a pas hésité une seconde à se baigner, donnant ainsi à l’aventure une fin bien méritée.
Dans le parc de La Fortuna, Celeste n’a pas pu résister à un granizado —même si c’est une véritable bombe de sucre— et a fini par le savourer comme une petite récompense de la journée.
Après la randonnée, rien n’était mieux que de détendre les muscles fatigués dans les sources éco-thermales. Et en le faisant de nuit, l’expérience est devenue encore plus paisible, chaleureuse et profondément relaxante.
